Olympic trials!!!

We took the kids yesterday down to the Olympic Trials the have some fun stuff going on especially for the kids! The got a free back pack from Nike with a ball in it! They had a place where they do some events and they keep track of the scores and Sage and Cooper have records for the four and under group! They got to make pins with a athelete that they choose to wear around to support them! Savannah and Hunter got to repel I guess that is what you would call it! Hunter was pretty brave and went pretty high! Savannah wasnt so brave! All the kids got medals that are limited edition I will have to take a picture of them to show I forgot that one sorry they are pretty awesome! They went to different areas of the campus got the card punched and then turned in the card for the medal! They had a great time and we were glad we got up and went in the morning because it was so hot yesterday! We were pretty miserable and all whinning by the time we got home and being home wasnt any better without air conditioning! But it was a neat experience for the kids! They really wanted to go in and watch the races! But that just wasnt gonna happen with five kiddos in the heat!

Cooper's Lips! First big owie!!

So Cooper decieded to go four wheeling with his bike he got from mom and dad for his birthday mind you I have told him several times not to do this and he did anyway! He tried to ride his bike off the step on the front porch! and caught himself with his face on the bricks that are there and he was bleeding everywhere! Took him into the emergency room fastest trip ever I had mom meet me there to help with Sierra and we were only there for maybe 30 mins so thanks mom and sorry! I was fully expecting to be there for several hours like usual. His lips looks so much better today the scab came off but still pretty brusied up on the inside of his mouth! I couldnt put this on the blog earlier because our computer died and we had to take it in to get fixed and we got it back so here I am blogging away! One of his teeth got pushed back and over but they say there isnt much that can be done!

The Girls Room Finished!

Okay here are some pics of the finished room the only thing missing is the second comforter and we will get that soon! The girls loved there room when they came back from Robs moms we had it all finished for them they were excited!

Okay Dad here it is how you have influenced me in my life! There are many this may be weird and not saying that I would of choose differently if you hadnt done this but there was a day when I was younger that you should me pictures and told me about what happens to people when they do drugs and let me tell you it scared the crap out of me!!! I never gave drugs one thought! You are very hard worker and a wonderful provider for you family! I am grateful for you in my life for the amazeing things you have and are still occomplishing! The things that you have done to make our world safer for us and your grandchildren! For having the priesthood which is so important to me because I still have to depend on you for those blessing for myself as well as for my kids! For loving me and letting me make mistakes and learn from them no matter how hard it was for you to watch! For admitting you may not always be right and giving those who deserve a chance that chance! For being a loving grandfather to all you grandchildren and future grandchildren. Bringing joy to those kids faces when they see you having a loving relationship with them and wanting to be close to them! For being forgiving for times I may have made it hard for you! Dad I love you and I am so grateful that I am your daughter! We have missed you! Keep up the awesome job and we will see you soon! Love Summer

OH wow I am horrible!

I just realized that I forgot to do a post for Cooper's birthday! His birthday was on monday the 2nd! He is two now! How time flies!! He got a basketball hoop he loves it and a bike from Grammy and Papa and a book to use a church from Aunt Lacie, Dan and the boys! He left his basketball and grammy's good thing he has alot more balls here! So it may be a little late but I wanted to post something for Cooper's birthday! We had a little party over at mom and dads they all had a blast just playing! Even Aunt Tiffany got to be there she drove up that day! They all love Aunt Tiffany!! But of course wanted to know where Uncle Joe was!!

Fun with the kids!

So on monday of memorial day weekend I had decided I wanted to do something with the kids because I wasnt gonna have any daycare kids and Rob wasnt suppose to work but ended up having to. I know I am little late in posting this but I havent had time to download the pictures. So anyway I ended being brave and took the kids to Wildlife Safari they had a blast and if was the best situation to take five kids alone because you stayed in the car! They didnt have to stay in car seats but had to stay in the vehicle. Some of the animals were close enough to touch but the kids were to scared too! But they loved looking at them! Savannah's favorite was the giraffe, Hunters was the bears and Sage's was hippos! Cooper was just amazed!
