Mother's

With Mother's Day coming up I have been trying to think of something to do for my mom and haven't thought of anything or found anything that really felt right to me. I am grateful for my mom in my life and all that she does for her kids. She watches several of her grandkids on a daily basis and they don't know how very lucky they are to have that time with her. My parents and I live in the same state but 45 minutes away I know that they would be there for me when I need them but I see how some of my silblings need them and don't want to burden them with anything so I try to do everything myself. Thinking about Mother's Day just made me realize how lucky I am to have my mom in my life where there are some that do not. I am grateful for her strength and for the amazing things she does for those around her. My mom has many gifts and talents some I don't even think she is aware of. Along with my mom there are some other mother's that I have grown to admire and they have given me strength and have guided me in ways I don't think that they are aware of. I am not sure why I am posting this on my blog but felt that this is something that I wanted to share with those that I love. One of the other special women in my life is my amazing sister Tiffany! As I write this tears stream down my face because of the love I have my sister she is the strongest person I know! Yes is my younger sister but she is wise beyond her years and has helped me through things without her even knowing. Tiffany has overcome so many obstacles in her life things that if I had to go through I can't say that I would of handled them at all. Tiffany now has to amazing children through the miracle of adoption and these two kiddos are the luckiest children in the world to be blessed with Tiffany and Joe as their parents!!
She is a wonderful example to me and she is someone I strive to be like. She has patience that I wish I had and is very talented and gifted as well. The next person is my youngest sister Niki I wanted to put in here how very pround I am of her and what challenges she has overcome. She made choices that seemed very hard at the time but has made the best choice in her life and that is to be the best mom she can be to Ethan! He is her life and what he doesn't know is that he saved her life! I am very happy to have a relationship with her.
Each of these women mean the world to me and have been such wonderful examples to me that I felt impressed to share my feelings to each of them. I also wanted to share to women that are members of the church and I have been visitors to their blogs for the last couple years. These two women have been through some very tough experiences but whenever I come away from reading their blogs I am a stronger person and I am inspired by their strength. When I am feeling down about something I just think of what these women have gone through and remind myself I have not experienced anything close to what they have and I need to buck up and be strong. The first woman is Ashley from the Sullenger Family http://patrickandashley.blogspot.com/this the link to their blog and the second woman is Stephanie from www.nieniedialogues.com I have been brought to tears several times reading their words. I am grateful for the strong women that I have been blessed with in my life and for those women I have not met but who have inspired me. I know this is early for Mother's Day but I needed to post it now! I couldn't get the link thing to work but I put the web addresses if you wanted to check them out.
