Just a update!

Dont really have anything to blog about! But I have put the potty training on hold for a couple weeks and will try again! He sits on it no problem!! But will pee right after getting off! Anyway I have been sick the last couple of days really bad cold with aches so fun!!! So really havent been doing much! Sometimes I wish when I was sick I could just stay in bed all day and sleep!!! So not happening when you have five kids!!! Well that is it for now!

So Tired!! But Determined!!

I feel so out of it! Sierra is sick right now with a bad cold and cough! She hasnt been sleeping so in turn that means I havent been sleeping! Today she just kept screaming all day so I called the after hours clinic and they had a appt available Yeah!!! I didnt want to take her to the emergency room! Well just what I thought she has a ear infection! So now she has medication which by tomorrow I hope that she will be feeling better! So I have been saying that tomorrow that I am gonna start the task of potty training Cooper I just hope that he will be easier than Hunter and Sage! Savannah was easy! I just want Cooper to be as easy as her!! Please oh Please!!! I will let you know how it goes tomorrow!! We got the underwear out tonight! We got him a special cup to keep him drinking fluids so that he has to go more!! He seems really excited when I talk to him about it! But we will see how he feels about it when he is gonna be on the potty pretty much all day!! He says he wants to a BIG BOY just like bub(Hunter) that is what he calls him!! So everyone wish me luck and that I get some sleep tonight to take on this task tomorrow!!

Happy Birthday Jaxson!!!

It is my nephew Jaxsons Birthday!! Wow he is 6 years old!! It is amazeing how time flys! I remember growing up that time seem to stand still! Now I just wish it would all slow down!

"Security"
One of the greatest human needs is a sense of security. In all aspects of life, we naturally gravitate towards anything that makes us feel safe. In this piece, I wanted to convey a sense of complete peace and calm like only the Savior can provide. It's a security that allows us to rest assured, without fear or worry, when we put ourselves trustingly in His arms. Little children have that inherent kind of trust in their parents, so it's fitting that the man and girl who modeled for "Security" are actually father and daughter. They generatedthe exact feel I was looking for.

"My Child"
This piece conveys an intimate, up-close-and-personal feeling of the Savior's love. Notice how all the lines draw your attention and point towards Jesus' face in the center. I chose the name "My Child" because the only thing that could compare (even remotely) to Christ's compassion for us is the love of a parent for his/her child. This image is also intended to put things in perspective. Above all, we are God's children first. He allows us the privelege of experiencing parenthood for ourselves and we are entrusted to be the mothers and fathers of His children here on earth.


"Innocence"
The Savior tells us we need to become as little children to inherit the kingdom of God. I've often wondered what it is about little children Jesus loves most, and I think its their innocence. They are clean slates, seeing the world and others through untarnished eyes. Their hearts are pure, without the baggage of cynicism and self-doubt. In this piece, I've tried to imagine how a child would act upon meeting the Master for the first time. Without reservation or inhibition, I think he would simply want to play with Him. He would be at complete ease, allowing his pure little heart to soak in the love and laughter of His pure, infinite heart. Its no wonder Christ delights in these little ones and sets them up to be our examples.

I AM THE WORST DAUGHTER EVER!!!

So I was doing my calendar for this month and realize I never called my DAD for his BIRTHDAY!!! Dad I am so sorry!! It isnt that I forgot but the days just went by and before I knew it the day had past!! I am horrible I know! So here I am making a apology and to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Christmas is Over!!

Dont get me wrong I love Christmas! But it is amazeing how messy your house gets!! But I guess with five kiddos I should just expect it now! I dont have any pictures to post yet! They are all on my moms or Tiffanys camera mine never made it out of my bag! So I will have them download them and then post some!! Christmas morning we didnt get any pictures because we forgot our camera at my parents house!! Bummer I know!! But the kids were very excited about getting the Wii! We have had some family competitions!!! So now it is time for the New Year! Is everyone ready? I think I am! Hopefully I can start looseing some baby weight from Sierra then work on the baby weight from the other four!!! Robs mom took me shopping yesterday for Christmas and I got to pairs of jeans and what is exciting about that is that I was able to get a size smaller!!! Yes that is very exciting for me!!! Well I hope everyone has a great New Year! I will come back a post pictures when I get them!!!
